As a photographer, I'm a director at heart. My goal is to make every client feel seen, supported, and empowered through clear communication and thoughtful direction throughout our sessions. I create an environment of collaboration, where openness is key and you always have the final say on the images you want to make permanent. I want you to feel comfortable and confident in what we create together, so come prepared with your vision. While I'm flexible and open-minded, I do have clear boundaries: I do not photograph nudity or anything that promotes perversity or violence. My focus is on capturing beauty, authenticity, and depth, and I'm here to guide you every step of the way.

I'm based in the San Fernando Valley, where my welcoming studio is tucked among lemon trees. The cluck of chickens nearby adds a quirky, farmhouse vibe, creating a comfy and laid-back atmosphere for a shoot that's as enjoyable as it is productive.

I work with several talented makeup artists who specialize in both women's and men's grooming. Their rates are separate from my photography services, and you'll need to contact them directly for availability and pricing. While I always recommend hiring a professional HMUA for the best results, if you're comfortable doing your own hair and makeup, that's totally fine with me!

A typical shoot lasts about 2.5 to 3 hours, including time for hair and makeup. You won't be in front of the camera the entire time—there will be plenty of breaks and outfit changes. If you're switching up your hair or makeup, or if we're re-shooting different wardrobe options, it may extend the session a bit.

To secure your session, a 50% deposit is required upon booking. I operate on a first-come, first-served basis, so early booking is key. The remaining balance is due on the day of the shoot. Please note, the deposit is non-refundable.

If you need to cancel or reschedule, I kindly ask for a 48-hour notice. Your deposit can be applied toward a rescheduled session. However, if you need to cancel or reschedule a second time (no matter the notice), your deposit will be forfeited.

I highly recommend confirming your shoot date with your representation in advance to avoid any conflicts. Rescheduling may involve a waiting period, and please be aware that if you do not reschedule within 3 months of the original shoot date, your deposit will be forfeited.

Deposits can be paid via Venmo or Zelle. If the deposit is not received within 48 hours of booking, the date will be released and made available to others.

You will receive an online gallery with unretouched JPGs from your session, formatted for web use, via Pixiset within 5-7 business days of your shoot. All images are high resolution for web use and fully usable as-is. Due to the nature of my work and the misuse of images, I do not release high-resolution files unless they are retouched by my studio or purchased with usage terms negotiated beforehand. I also do not permit any alterations or retouching of my images by the client or third parties.

While beauty photography is not part of my headshot packages, capturing beauty is deeply woven into my artistic vision. Headshots and beauty photography have distinct processes and end results. That said, we can absolutely create fun, stylized portrait shots that maintain a headshot aesthetic while highlighting your unique beauty.

I focus on capturing headshots in the studio, always framing more of the subject than typically required. This allows for flexibility in cropping to highlight the best features. Full-body shots are not my goal for headshot sessions, as they require more extensive styling. While it's possible to capture a full-body image, it's not part of my usual headshot process.

I'm unavailable for shoots on Saturdays and Sundays.

While I work hard to get everything perfect in-camera, I'll smooth out any stray hairs, blemishes, or distractions, ensuring you put your best face forward. High-end retouching techniques refine the image while keeping it authentic. Turnaround time is generally 5-7 business days.

Yes, additional retouched images are available for $100 each. There's no expiration date for additional retouching requests. However, the retouching included in your package must be completed within 4 months of the shoot date; otherwise, an additional $100 charge will apply. Please note that pricing may vary depending on the scope of the project.

Bring a few wardrobe options that are timeless and classic, and I'll send over a handy wardrobe guide and prep details once your shoot is booked. I recommend sticking to a neutral color palette (think soft tones over bright, bold ones), but don't stress—if you want to add in some pop with a vibrant piece, go for it! Clothes that are stylish, on-trend, and in great condition (no stains, wrinkles, or holes) are a must. If you want to splurge on a few high-end pieces and return them after the shoot, feel free, but it's not necessary. Ultimately, wear what makes you feel comfortable and confident—it'll show in your photos!

I don't shoot tethered for headshots, but no worries—you'll still get to see every image as we go! I encourage you to check out the shots on the back of my camera during the session so we can make any tweaks and keep things on track as we go. It's all about making sure you're thrilled with your results!

A quick jacket swap doesn't count as a wardrobe change, but you can rock up to two jackets in your session. Glasses don't count as a change either—just keep them on if you're feeling them! When it comes to hair, switching from curly to straight (or vice versa) counts as a change, and wigs or extensions definitely count as a transformation. For makeup, any time we switch up your look by removing or adding makeup, that's considered a change.

Your private online gallery will be ready in 5-7 business days via Pixiset. I observe all major holidays, so please keep that in mind! If your gallery expires and I need to re-upload or resend your files, a small fee may apply. So, be sure to download them while they're fresh.

No need for a pre-shoot meetup! I'll make sure you're fully prepared for the session, and I'm more than happy to answer any questions you may have. However, I don't typically do meet-and-greets for headshot sessions. Just bring yourself, and we'll make it happen!

Let's keep it real—if you no-show or cancel without notice, your deposit is non-refundable, and rescheduling won't be an option. The only people I don't work with are flakes or no-shows. Let's stay committed.
